The '''TCN4 Rockwind SMG''' is a projectile weapon variant used by the [[Tribes: Ascend/Technician|Technician]] class in [[Tribes: Ascend]]. It is a modified version of the standard [[TCN4 SMG]]. It does more damage but has a lower rate of fire and holds less ammo. It can be unlocked for 160 [[Tribes: Ascend/Tribes Gold|Gold]] or 18000 [[Tribes: Ascend/Experience|XP]].

==Operation==
The '''Rockwind'' '''''is an automatic weapon that fires approximately 6.6 rounds per second. It is a projectile weapon, not a hitscan weapon, requiring the player to lead their targets. Similarly to the [[Tribes: Ascend/NJ5-B SMG|NJ5-B SMG]] of the [[Tribes: Ascend/Raider|Raider]], this weapon fires much more slowly than the standard [[TCN4 SMG|TCN4]] but deals more damage, making each shot more critical. It also holds less ammo and therefore should not be sprayed but rather fired in bursts. This weapon is designed for more advanced players who are looking to deal more damage per shot at the cost of ROF.
