==Operation==
The '''Compact Nitron''' is a thrown belt item capable of forcing enemy players to drop the flag. This weapon will also force the player to drop the flag themselves if caught in the blast or used to self-propel. Due to the reduced knockback using this nitron for a speed boost is less effective than the standard [[Tribes: Ascend/Impact Nitron|Impact Nitron]]. The extra ammo capacity makes it ideal for chasers giving them one more chance to hit a capper.
