==Operation==
The '''LR Repair Tool '''differs from the [[Tribes: Ascend/Improved Repair Tool|Improved Repair Tool]] in several ways. Primarily, as its name suggests, the LR Repair Tool has significantly longer range. Range comes at the cost of a decreased repair rate, however it allows the [[Tribes: Ascend/Technician|Technician]] much more flexibility to avoid enemy fire when repairing. Additionally, the damage done to enemy assets and vehicles using the Mechanic [[Tribes: Ascend/Perks|perk]] is not reduced, making this tool a much better option for Technicians wishing to make use of that ability.
