New page

An inventory station is a base asset which is used to equip yourself with items and switch armors.

The inventory system in Tribes 2 works in a different way from Starsiege: Tribes and Tribes: Vengeance. You must select your loadout before you use the inventory station. After this is done, stepping on the inventory station will give you the desired loadout.

Deployable station
A deployable station.
A deployable inventory station is a deployable version of the inventory station. Unlike its bigger counterpart, it cannot switch armors or equip an armor with another deployable station. While its main use is for arming players at remote locations, it can also be used to obstruct doorways so enemy heavy offense and cappers can't zip through without using a quick destructive force such as a mine-disc.

The deployable station in Tribes 2 differs from those found in Tribes 1 in that they can be used indefinitely. However, a team may only have 5 of them deployed at once.
