Deadzone: Rogue Playtest

Patch Notes - 1/28/2025

Loot Drops

  • Players are now required to interact with loot drops in order to move to the next room.

Weapons

  • Adjusted Minigun Buildup and ADS time.
  • Adjust Sniper ADS time.

Bots

  • Mine Launcher
    • Projectile Speed lowered.
    • Mines land closer to targets.
    • Mine immediately explode if they collide with players.

General

  • Co-Op difficulty is now increased based on how many players are in the lobby.
  • The Honey Enzymes item now gives players 5 seconds of invulnerability after activation.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Tech Fabricator UI would not show sometimes.
  • Fixed an issue where players could step into the radius of a mine without triggering the explosion.
  • Fixed an issue where the Mine Launcher bot's mine radius was bigger than the explosion.
  • Fixed an issue where having both the Grenade Augment and Grenade Child 1, which should each give you +1 grenade charges for a total of 3 charges, would only give you 2 charges.
  • Fixed an issue where having multiple passives for not consuming ammo would cause you to gain ammo when firing your weapon.
  • Fixed an issue where the volume settings would not apply when launching into the main menu.
  • Fixed an issue where background audio would not have any effect in the main menu.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where Grenade Child 1 perk would not work for joining players.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where if the joining client died and started spectating the host, certain actors (pickups, barrels, etc.) would not be visible to the joining client while spectating.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where joining player's melee would go through enemies.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where joining player's health bar would not be visible if they died and respawned.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where the Mindless bot's weapon would be invisible.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where a spectating player will not see a weapon swapped to the correct mesh if the weapon was bought from a fabricator while the player was spectating.
  • Fixed an issue in Co-Op where spectating players would not be able to see the spectated player's health bar on their HUD.
