"Fires an arcing explosive projectile."

The Bolt Launcher is a secondary weapon for the Light Armor. The Bolt Launcher fires an explosive bolt that arcs through the air. The Bolt Launcher is similar to the Light Spinfusor, but does more damage on a direct hit (754 versus 720) with a slightly larger explosion radius.
