General Information
|
Flying Explosives are an enemy in Deadzone: Rogue.
All parts of the Flying Explosive are considered to be weakpoints.
When the player enters a Flying Explosive's line of sight, it will stop moving as a red aura is generated around it. After a short delay, the Flying Explosive will quickly fly toward the player, exploding on contact. It will not change direction after it starts this charge. Flying Explosives will also explode on death.
Flying Explosives appear in almost every room in Security Levels 3 to 6[verification needed], including the perk rooms of Security Levels 4 and 6. They remain in one general location until provoked[verification needed].
Strategy
- Due to their small size and tendency to keep a distance, long ranged weapons greatly improve your ability to destroy Flying Explosives.
- Flying Explosives can easily be destroyed by triggering them before getting behind cover.
- The red aura is not necessarily indicative of the Flying Explosive's blast radius.
