There are a number of weapon types in Deadzone: Rogue. Throughout the game, the player can equip a primary weapon, secondary weapon, melee weapon, and grenade.
Primary Weapons
Assault Rifles

Assault Rifles automatic weapons categorized by their fast firerate and low ammo capacity. They are best used at short to medium ranges.
Burst Weapons

Burst weapons are semi-automatic weapons that fire bursts of three bullets in rapid succession. They are best used at medium range.
Light Machine Guns

Light Machine Guns, or LMGs, are automatic weapons. Compared to Assault Rifles, LMGs have a slower firerate slower reload speed, but higher damage and a drastically improved ammo capacity. They are best used at short to medium ranges.
Scoped Weapons

Scoped weapons are a difficult-to-categorize group of semi-automatic weapons. They all have perfect accuracy and increased zoom while aiming, but poor accuracy while not aiming. They are best used at medium-long to long ranges.
Scoped weapons can be divided into Sniper Rifles, which fire slowly for high amounts of damage, and Designated Marksman Rifles (DMRs), which fire quickly for low amounts of damage. Alternatively, they can be divided into Charged Snipers, which deal extra damage scaling with time spent aiming, and Tap Snipers, which deal full damage regardless of aiming time.
Miniguns

Miniguns are automatic weapons. While aiming, the player's movement speed is drastically reduced. Furthermore, they have poor accuracy and slow reload speed, and can't fire unless aiming. However, they have monstrous ammo capacity and fire quickly. They are best used at short to medium ranges.

Submachine Guns

Submachine Guns, or SMGs, are automatic weapons with a very high firerate, very low ammo capacity and poor accuracy. They are best used at short to short-medium ranges.
Shotguns

Shotguns are a varied class of weapons characterized by their high damage falloff. They are best used at short range.
Melee Weapons

Melee weapons are split into knives and axes. Knives are able to attack instantly. Axes, in comparison, have a windup animation between lunging and dealing damage. However, they deal significantly more damage to compensate.
Grenades
- Main article: Deadzone: Rogue/Weapons/Grenades
Grenades are split into frag grenades and four variants of elemental grenade. The sole differences them are appearance and possible Affixes. While frag grenades may support any Affix like most weapons, each elemental grenade can only receive Affixes from their related element.
