Wavemist is a Capture the Flag map in Tribes 3: Rivals. It consists of two stout bases, separated by a wide, open area featuring a circle of seven giant statues in the middle, several large rings or pieces of architecture embedded to the ground, and several circular towers.

Terrain

The terrain on Wavemist is primarily flat, rolling hills. Scattered among the map are obstacles such as small remnants of ancient walls, rocks, downed crafts, as well as the large Diamond Sword statues and scattered remains of large architecture.

Base

The bases on this map consist of two small builds joined by a small bridge, with the flag resting on top of the bridge. The taller section features a Radar Sensor on top, with a small hallway leading along the bridge to the flag. Directly beneath this is the Generator, which can be accessed through one of two base entrances on the lower level of the ground or through a ramp on the interior of the smaller base section. The two Base Turrets are on one lateral side of the base, with the first being slightly forward of the main base and the second being set back, right next to a large tower.
