Team Deathmatch (TDM) is a game type in Tribes: Ascend. It consists of two opposing teams trying to reduce the other team's ticker. As the name says, the primary objective is to eliminate the opposing team members 100 times. Unlike standard deathmathching this game type has a single flag that anyone may possess similar to Rabbit game mode. The team that controls the flag receives the bonus of every kill counting twice the regular amount. Thus the team in control of the flag will dwindle the opposing team's ticker substantially faster. At the end of the match, all the players go to the Match Summary screen.

Strategy

It is not advised to play a specialty class (Doombringer,etc) in TDM, since in most cases this class is not meant for head on fights. Mostly mindless play. Unless, of course, if you're really good.
