The TCNG Quickfuse is a thrown explosive weapon variant used by the Technician class in Tribes: Ascend. It can be unlocked for 160 Gold or 18000 XP. This weapon is often banned in competetive play.

Operation

The TCNG Quickfuse has a larger explosion radius and maintains a decent amount of damage. Because of it's shorter fuse, Technicians can use this weapon to surprise enemies while dueling or when defending indoors. It is also a good weapon for flushing out Infiltrators hiding in the Generator room.
