The Blinksfusor is an explosive weapon used by the Pathfinder class in Tribes: Ascend. It was released in the Tribes: Ascend/Version 1.0.1103 (Marksman)Marksman update and can be unlocked for 240 Gold or 10500 XP.

"This Spinfusor variant inherits 100% of the user's velocity. Some may find it harder to use, but others swear by it." In-Game Description.

Operation

The Blinksfusor is the first (and currently only) weapon to have 100% inheritance. This means it retains all of the player's momentum when fired, compared to 50% inheritance like other weapons. Other than this, the Blinksfusor operates like all other Spinfusors, firing in a straight line over long distances and exploding on impact. 100% inheritance was requested by a number of players who felt it would make the game more realistic. Firing the Blinksfusor in the opposite direction you are moving in when you are moving very fast can result in the disk moving so slow that a light class can run faster that the disk flies. (AKA the disk just floats in the air.)

In terms of its stats the Blinksfusor retains almost all properties of the normal Dueling Spinfusor, with the same damage and knockback.

Behind the Scences/Trivia

The Blinksfusor is fully based upon the Spinfusor from Tribes 2 in its design and way of operation(100% momentum inheiritance of the user). The only thing that differs between the two is their color kit.
