The Medium Armor is a balanced class that has a decent amount of health while not sacrificing too much speed. While it will have trouble when it comes across a Heavy Armor a skilled user of the Medium Armor will be able to handle a mediocre Heavy. The main focus of this class is as a support role, to support the flag grabbers. The Medium armor in Rivals is a bit different than its counterpart in Ascend, now being able to use sniper rifles originally only available to the light armors, and the Gladiator, which was available only to the heavy armors.
