Patch Notes

Loadouts and Inventory:

  • Loadouts and player levels have been reset!
  • Reworked the Armor and Loadout screen into one tab for Equipment.
  • Added a second stash tab.

Queues:

  • Security Levels reduced to 4 from 6.
  • Available Security Levels include:
    • Low Security - "Saturn: Salvage Zone"
    • Medium Security - "Jupiter: Graveyard"
    • High Security - "Mars: Orbital Hulks"
    • Ultra Max - "Earth: AI Bastion"

Tutorial

  • Added a blocker so you can't fall out of the tutorial at the part that shows you what the destruction looks like.
  • Added step that teaches about Healer Cybrids, along with an example of a one you can look at.
  • Reduced the number of crates and Cybrids.

Progression:

  • Level Track updated.
  • Extraction XP reduced to 180 per extraction.

Crafting:

  • Crafting components and recipes overhauled.
  • Armor recipes adjusted.
  • Improved performance on the crafting screen.

Weapons:

  • Mythic weapons can no longer be put into Secure Container slots.
Hush Puppy
  • Magazine size reduced to 3.
Spinfusor
  • Removed Knockback.

Abilities:

  • Ability balance adjusted.
  • Damaging abilities now deal damage based on a percent of your max health + max shields.
  • Combat decoy still remains flat damage but scales with the security level.
Overshield
  • Duration decreased from 8s to 4s
  • Absorb reduced from 40% Max Health to 25% Max Health
Phase Shift
  • Cooldown increased from 8s to 26s
Relocate
  • SFX adjusted,
  • Cooldown increased from 15s to 22s
Stealth
  • SFX adjusted,
  • Cooldown increased from 20s to 25s
  • Duration increased from 4s to 6s
Team Teleport
  • SFX adjusted
  • Cooldown increased from 15s to 28s
  • Range increased from 15 meters to 20 meters
EMP Blast
  • VFX polish and added 1P presentation
  • Cooldown reduced from 40s to 24s
  • Radius increased from 6 meters to 10 meters

Passives:

  • Perk balance adjusted.
  • Implemented booby trap max charges perk.
  • Updated Revive ability perks.

Masteries:

  • Hacker Tier 2 terminal info now disappears from the player’s HUD after 30 seconds.

Consumables:

  • Grenades now deal damage based on a percent of max health + max shields.
  • Frag: 40%
  • EMP: 25% (shield damage only) to players, 60% to Cybrids
  • Incendiary: 3.335% per second
  • Impulse: 0% (Damage removed)

Cybrids:

  • Cybrid death SFX updated.

Map Generation:

  • Added volumetric fog to each ship.
  • Shadow control room added.
  • Airlocks added.
  • New rare features added.

General Updates:

  • Disabled Social Features if the tutorial is not completed.
  • Death Recap now handles Decoys.
  • Death Recap now shows on the "Team Eliminated" screen.
  • Player's death crate icon on the Radar now disappears when their dog tags have been taken.
  • Barrels now deal damage based on a percent of max health + max shields.
    • EMP: Full shields, no health
    • Poison: 3.33% DoT
    • Timed Explosive: 37.5%
  • Environmental Traps now deal damage based on a percent of max health + max shields.
    • Fire Trap: 1.67%
    • Poison Trap: 0.83%
    • Trip Wires: 8.33%

QOL:

  • Abilities that are equipped can now influence the reticle type. For instance, now Relocate and Team Portal use a dot.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed issue where some perk and progression icons were broken.
  • Fixed issue where the lobby camera would be at the wrong view angle.
  • Fixed issue where the shop would not properly show the suit previews.
  • Fixed issue in the merchants where buying stacks of items would give irregular stacks.
  • Fixed issues where Relocate and Team Portal would stick to the environment and not be as reactive.
  • Fixed issue where action feed would sometimes not show an announcement when a teammate's dog tags had been recovered.
  • Fixed issue where players could drop empty loot crates by shift + clicking on empty inventory slots.
  • Fixed issue with the Flamethrower cybrid being able to fire through floors.
  • Fixed issue with Ambush bots not playing their intro animation.
  • Fixed typo in lobby options menu prompts.
  • Fixed issue where "You have unsaved settings" text would appear after restoring to defaults in the lobby options menu, even though restoring to defaults automatically saves settings.
  • Fixed issue where "restore to defaults" prompt in options menu would not be grayed out after restoring to defaults.
  • Fixed issue where armor enchantments would show incorrect upgrade values.
  • Fixed issue where successfully extracted players would see "team eliminated" banner override the "extraction successful" banner if their last teammate alive was killed while they extracted.
  • Fixed issue where items could duplicate in the secure container.
  • Fixed untextured blocks at dropship locations.
  • Fixed issue where damage would skip shield break.
  • Fixed bug where on interact, spectating players would see interact animation instead of weapon being lowered.
  • Fixed issue where the dome shield cooldown perk would not work.

Known Issues:

  • Daily contracts may not appear in the Contract tab until the next day login.
  • Some icon level rewards may not show on the level up banner.
  • Right clicking does not equip armor in the Character Equipment screen. Players will need to drag and drop to equip armor.
  • Perks sometimes do not visually clear after the loadout reset.
  • In match progress of contracts may say 0/50 once completed.
  • Tutorial queue may not update queue name if players have to replay it.
  • Known inconsistency with extracted items staying in the backpack or going into the stash.
  • Player level in the lobby may display as previous level after returning from a match. This is fixed by switching tabs and returning.
  • Known RHI crash! Still investigating.
